TITLE OF SHOW:                 INSPIRED

SHOW STATEMENT:          Thoughts of inspiration can come from a variety of sources, for example, books, movies, music, moments, scents, emotions, people, animals and/or atmosphere.  Take inspiration from those sources or from other sources of the artist’s choosing.  Use the source(s) to find that what moves her to create an inspired image on paper, canvas or medium of choice.

THIS IS A JURIED EVENT! ALL PIECES ENTERED WILL BE JURIED IN BY GALLERY 500 STAFF!

If you are entering a 2-d piece that is framed, you will be required to submit two photos of your piece, one without the frame and one with, as required by the gallery.

Upon acceptance into the show, artists must complete the following forms and bring with them to drop off.  Forms will be attached to the acceptance letter as well as posted on the FLWAA website to download and print.1.  Inventory Record - each artist must complete by listing their retail price and lowest acceptable price should the gallery be able to negotiate a sale.

2.  Consignment agreement - each artist must complete this agreeing to consignment with the gallery.
